We're delighted that our commitment and approach to music has been recognised. Hackney Music Hub for the Local authority nominated us for the 'The Music Mark Schools Programe' for a commitment to providing a high-quality music education for all children and young people. Every week at Sebright all our pupils take part in a music lesson, and regularly sing throughout the week, in assemblies and the school choir.

KS2 this half term have been studying an exciting range of topics, from the relationship of Kandinsky's art and painting a graphic score in Year 4, while year 5 have looked at how modern music by Maroon 5, Oasis and many others use a style from the 17th century and then compose their own version using a Digital Audio Workstation.
